Shipping & Delivery
Pro Mountain Sports (PMS) ships exclusively with UPS. PMS sends delivery confirmation numbers after orders are out for shipping. Free shipping for orders over $99 are shipped UPS Ground in the US, lower 48 states only, excluding sale items unless otherwise stated. Priority Shipping orders received before 1pm will go out the same day.
Privacy & Security
Will you share my information with other companies?
We will not share any customer information, including your email address, with other companies.

Is my credit card information secure?
All purchase transactions are conducted over an encrypted connection using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Your web browsers will indicate that a secure connection is in place during the checkout process. (look in the status bar at the bottom of your screen).
Returns & Replacements
Pro Mountain Sports is proud of the products we have selected to sell, if, for any reason, you decide that the product(s) you ordered does not fit or is not exactly what you desire, we will take it back as a store credit or exchange. We will either issue a credit or exchange the item(s), at your discretion. This clause excludes returned items that have been damaged, washed, or worn. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. No returns on sale items

Call or email us at 206-522-1627 or info@promountainsports.com with in 15 days of receipt of merchandise for a Return Authorization number and instructions on returning the item. Returned packages will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

Items must be returned with ALL PACKAGING AND HANGTAGS. Sleeping bags with sewn-on tags removed will not be accepted as a return. All items will be accepted at Pro Mountain Sports discretion.

Climbing gear. In order to protect our customers, Returns on most climbing gear will not be accepted unless directed by a Pro Mountain Sports employee .

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Online orders are processed using our third party processor Authorize.net. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Orders by credit card can also be made over the phone.

Pricing is in US Dollars. Pricing is subject to change at any time. If you believe there is an error in your pricing please contact us at 206-522-1627.

Promotions on promountainsports.com are limited to availability of promotional stock on hand and while we make every effort to make sure that promotional and sale prices and stock are up to date we can make no guarantees that any item ordered will be available. We will notify you immediately if we do not have any stock on hand and will make every effort to fullfil your order.
Viewing Orders
Your order history will be kept in your account history at all times. You will also receive order and shipment confirmations with each order.
Updating Account Information
Updating your account information is easy. After logging into your account click on the My Account link which will provide you will allow you to update your shipping and customer information. If you have any problems please be sure to give us a call.
